Our Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) service provides corporations and developers with an externally appointed, legally competent entity to oversee and co-ordinate health and safety during the architectural and engineering design phases. Operating under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013, Holland Consulting assumes the formal legal duties of the PSDP role. This includes design hazard identification, safety coordination between design teams, and the generation of the statutory Preliminary Health and Safety Plan.

• Preparation of a Preliminary Safety and Health Plan for the project where construction will take more than 500 person-days or 30 working days or there is a particular risk.
• Preparation of a safety file for the completed structure.
• Notifications to the HSA.
