With over 20 years of experience, Holland Safety is a specialist in safety training, consulting, and compliance services. We’re known for our high-quality, people-first approach—supporting organisations of all sizes to reduce risk, meet regulatory requirements, and protect their workforce. Our graduate programme reflects this commitment by offering hands-on experience, senior mentorship, and nationally accredited training.

Is This Programme for You?

We are now accepting applications from:

• Final-year students or recent graduates (0–2 years’ experience)
• Those who studied Environmental Health & Safety, or related fields.
• Passionate individuals who want to lead change, improve workplace safety, and grow their career in a people-focused industry
• Applicants with a full driving licence (desirable but not essential)

What You’ll Get

1. Structured 24-Month Development Plan
   Follow a tailored path to build your consulting and technical safety expertise over two years. We don’t just train—we invest in your future. Graduates who excel will have the opportunity to transition into permanent consultancy or advisory roles within Holland Safety.
    
2. Mentorship from Senior Safety Consultants
   From Day One, you’ll be paired with a Senior Consultant who will support your growth, provide feedback, and help you navigate client expectations both on-site and virtually.
    
3. Project Rotations Across Key Clients
   Over two years, you’ll rotate across different safety projects—ranging from risk assessments, inspections, and compliance reviews to health and safety planning for high-profile construction sites.
    
4. Access to Accredited Professional Training Courses
   ​All graduates will receive access to accredited training courses such as:
   • IOSH Managing Safely
   • Manual Handling Instructor
   • Training Delivery & Evaluation (QQI Level 6)
   • Other specialised technical safety training
5. Career Progression & Long-Term Opportunities
   Many of our graduates become Health & Safety Advisors, Consultants, or take on leadership roles in project safety.

• Selection: 19 July – 30 July 2025
• Programme Length: 24 Months (Full-Time)
