All new and existing OGP Framework clients must complete and return a signed copy of the Notification to Activate Services Form prior to the drawdown of services. The form is available for download at the below link and should be returned to the Holland Safety Key Account Manager (KAM), Jean Tuthill: jtuthill@hollandgroup.ie
